All organizations seeking funding from the Foundation For Sight & Sound must complete and submit the Foundation’s forms.  Please follow all grant application procedures and instructions as specified. Applicants must submit three (3) bound sets of the completed application and, if possible, one response in electronic format, to the Charitable Giving Review Committee by April 15 (to be eligible for first funding cycle) or November 15 (to be eligible for second funding cycle).
