Who We Support It’s about possibilities and potential! The mission of the Foundation for Sight & Sound is to turn dreams into possibilities. No project is too large – or too small. Since 2004, the Foundation for Sight & Sound has awarded grants to assistance, educational and humanitarian programs including: Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, The League for the Hard of Hearing, Recordings for the Blind and Dyslexic, Nassau County Museum of Art, State University of New York College of Optometry, Helen Keller National Center, Foundation Fighting Blindness and the Cleary School for the Deaf. Grants are awarded by the Foundation for programs that serve and support individuals that are deaf/blind, blind, deaf, visually impaired or hard of hearing. Program recipients of Foundation for Sight & Sound Grants may be experiencing cash constraint issues or may be under-funded.
